We will spend a fun afternoon with girlfriends creating a zippered pillow sporting a funky fringe heart design on the front. I will show you how and you will sew it up, it really is that easy!

Casey!
My love for sewing has been a driving force in my life for 20 years now! I have done everything from costumes to upholstery and love every bit of it.
My passion for all things home has turned into a mission to help others discover the joy of creating for their own home style. Over the last decade I’ve helped many families keep treasured pieces in the home for another generation to enjoy. I have also taught many women how to use their own skill & imagination to transform their homes to match their style! I love what I do, teaching others how to step into upholstery and home sewing. Let’s talk workshop Details
Do i need to have sewing experience?
You do not need to know how to sew to attend this class! This is a Basic Skills class at it's core and I am happy to teach you!
Will the fabric & materials be provided?
Yes! I have lots of great fabric remnants that need new life. Not to mention a whole collection of fringe that will look amazing on your pillow!
BYOSM: Bring your own sewing machine
Sewing is easier on the machine you know. If you do not own a machine or cannot bring it for some reason I do have a limited supply I can provide. You will also need to bring a 14/16 guage needle.
How many people will be attending?
A maximum of 8 attendees. This will allow me to give individual training as we work through the project.
Can i share photos from the workshop?
Absolutely! The images you collect from our time together are all yours. You can share them on social media, feature them on your website, or message them to your friends.
Did I mention the finishing touch?
1:1 mini session
In addition to the group training, each workshop attendee will receive a 10% coupon for a 1:1 mini session to work on any home sewing/upholstery project they want.
